From One Boutique Brand to Another

Boutique ROI is a small business; and as a boutique revenue management company, we know your pain points. Like most of our clients, we don’t have a big marketing budget. Nor do we have a team of admins, graphic designers, digital marketers, and account managers. What we do have, though, is a unique ability to tweak strategies and tactics to better serve small businesses like ours. For example, boutique hotels and villas! As well, we understand the nuances of building and maintaining guest and partner relationships. For many small hotels, it’s not always about maximizing revenue, and we get that. In fact, we may be the only revenue managers who preach it!

Boutique ROI’s founder, Stephanie, loves to dig into data and find ways to grow revenue organically, but she isn’t a traditional revenue manager. Because she got her start in the industry as a luxury hotel sales rep, tasked with building relationships and growing retail and wholesale partner revenue, she knows how valuable these partnerships can be to a villa or hotel. Especially when it comes to word of mouth marketing, referrals, and long-term revenue. So, not only do we share what we know, we introduce you to who we know. In this way, we are unlike most other revenue management companies. Our holistic approach combines sales, marketing and revenue goals, and we maintain good relationships with the various parties needed to maximize hotel and villa revenue.
